Daniel R. Morrison
Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer
Dan Morrison serves as Chairman, President and CEO of the Bank. He has over three decades of experience in banking, finance and business management. His prior banking experience includes positions with First Signature Bank & Trust in Portsmouth, Golden West Financial Corporation in Oakland, CA, and Bank of America in San Francisco. Mr. Morrison currently serves on the board of directors of the New Hampshire Bankers Association, the advisory board of New Hampshire Veterans Count, the advisory board of the Independent Business Council of New Hampshire, and is chairman of the board of the UNH Center for Family Business and the UNH CEO Forum. He is past chairman of the board of the Great Bay Chapter of the American Red Cross, past board member of the United Way of the Greater Seacoast, and past treasurer and member of the board of the Agamenticus Yacht Club. He has also been an active member of seven different chambers of commerce, as well as a number of social groups including the One Hundred Club, the York Harbor Reading Room, the Portsmouth Yacht Club, the First Parish Church of York, the Manchester Country Club, the Seacoast Rotary Club, and the Piscataqua Sailing Association. Mr. Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and is a resident of York, Maine.
Pamela A. Morrison
Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Pam Morrison serves as a Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the Bank. She has over 30 years of banking, legal, business and community experience. She is a past Director of Seacoast Local and the Portsmouth Sunrise Rotary Club. She was a Charter Member of the Seacoast Workforce Housing Coalition; a Charter Member, Director, and Treasurer of New Hampshire Home Ownership Preservation for the Elderly; and a Charter Member, past Chair, and past Secretary/Treasurer of the Greater Seacoast Banking Council. William D. Young
Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer
William D. Young is an Organizer and Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank. Mr. Young was formerly Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Federal Savings Bank in Dover, New Hampshire. He has twenty-eight years of banking experience, including management and lending positions with Olde Port Bank & Trust Company, First Savings of New Hampshire, and BankEast. He is a Board member of the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce and Friends of UNH Skiing and is a Finance Committee member at New Heights. He is a past Board member of Leadership Seacoast, The Children’s Museum of Portsmouth, Cross Roads House, and past member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business & Economics and graduated with honors from the National School of Banking in Fairfield, Connecticut. Mr. Young is a resident of Stratham, New Hampshire.
Edwin L. Garside
Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer
Edwin L. Garside is Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Garside was formerly Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Stoneham Bank in Stoneham, Massachusetts. He has over thirty years of banking experience, including management positions with Andover Bank, ComFed Mortgage Corporation and Arlington Trust Company. He is a member and past president of the Boston Chapter of the Financial Managers Society and Treasurer and a member of the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee and Finance Committee of The Music Hall in Portsmouth. He is a member and past director at large of the Board of Directors for the National Financial Managers Society. Mr. Garside was named a Financial Executive of the Year in 2014 by the New Hampshire Business Review. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Services as well as a Masters in Business Administration, both from Southern New Hampshire University. Mr. Garside is a resident of Methuen, Massachusetts.
