Once you've set it up, text banking is easy to use. Anytime you'd like to know the balance of an account, or would like to see a recording of your last four transactions in an account, you can request that information be texted to you.
To activate, simply log into online banking and go to Options tab. Look for Mobile Settings. Enable text access for your mobile device. Accept Optima Bank & Trust Text Banking Terms & Conditions. You will have to provide your mobile phone number as well as the name of your wireless provider.
You may select to access any or all of your accounts from your mobile device. Create a Mobile Short Name for each account to obtain Balances or Transactions.
A text from 89549 will be sent to your phone with text commands to use service.
